Ongoing client support is part of our DNA. We offer all our clients a Service and Update agreement, which entitles them to a range of support and updating services, including:
- Telephone and email support: Monday to Friday, 7am to 6pm, excluding public holidays.
- After-hours support: Contact your local service representative.
- Business Partner support: Country-wide throughout South Africa, and in select locations outside SA. These are the IT professionals who meet IQ Retail’s exacting standards, and can be found here.
Minor upgrades: These are continuously done to all solutions, as required, and are free to all users.
Major upgrades: From time to time, we release a major update to our Enterprise, Business, POS and Free POS solutions. Major upgrades can involve an additional upgrade cost, unless stipulated in the Service and Update Agreement. Please see your SUA to verify what free upgrades your agreement includes.
On registration, you will be asked to accept the SUA, or complete a Decline form.
Upgrade prices exclude all Business Partner costs, Installation, training, support and data conversions.
